Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 August 2026
These terms govern your use of MailSurety. By using the service you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. The service & how we work together
MailSurety is a monitoring and guidance service for email authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC). For the domains you register with us, we collect the aggregate reports that mailbox providers generate, present them on your dashboard and give you plain-language guidance and alerts. When you start, we help you add the right DNS records (or you add them yourself). Your real email never passes through us — we only ever process the aggregate reports.
The monitoring is automated and periodic: aggregate reports arrive roughly daily, so your dashboard and findings are refreshed approximately once every 24 hours. MailSurety is not a real-time security gateway, a spam filter or an incident-response service and it does not sit in the path of your email.
2. What we need from you
You confirm you're authorised to manage the domains you add and to make the DNS changes we recommend. You're responsible for applying DNS changes on your own domain (or asking us to guide you) and for keeping your account details accurate.
3. Subscriptions & payment
Plans are billed monthly or annually in your local currency (GBP, CHF or CAD) via our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record and handles applicable VAT/GST. Setup fees are one-time. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. What we can and can't promise
We work hard to improve your deliverability and block impersonation, but email delivery is ultimately controlled by third-party mailbox providers. We cannot guarantee inbox placement or that every fraudulent message will be stopped. The service is provided on a commercially reasonable "as is" basis and moving to stricter policies is done gradually and with your approval to avoid disrupting legitimate mail.
5. Support, availability & service levels
We provide the service on a best-efforts basis. Because monitoring relies on the aggregate reports mailbox providers send (typically once a day), it is periodic, not real-time. Support is provided by email and through your dashboard during normal business hours. There is no ticketing system, no telephone, on-call or emergency support and no incident or urgent-response service. We aim to reply within a reasonable time, but we do not guarantee any specific response or resolution time unless a priority or SLA plan is agreed in writing.
Availability. MailSurety is a digital platform delivered over the internet and may occasionally be unavailable — for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. Short periods of downtime can occur; when they do, we work to restore the service as quickly as possible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular uptime level. Monitoring simply resumes once service is restored and no report data is lost.
You remain responsible for acting on or approving our recommendations (for example, DNS or policy changes); delays caused by awaiting your approval or action are not our responsibility.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use MailSurety to monitor domains you don't control, to break any law or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end the service for breach of these terms or non-payment, giving reasonable notice where we can. On termination we'll delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the Bulgarian courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
MailSurety is currently operated by Emil Toshev as a sole operator based in Bulgaria. We're incorporating a company to run the service and we may transfer these terms to it; your plan, price and data are unaffected and we'll post the company's details here once it's registered.
