Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 July 2026

These terms govern your use of MailSurety. By using the service you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

MailSurety monitors email authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) for the domains you register with us, reads the aggregate reports mailbox providers generate, and gives you guidance, reporting and alerts. Your real email never passes through us.

2. What we need from you

You confirm you're authorised to manage the domains you add and to make the DNS changes we recommend. You're responsible for applying DNS changes on your own domain (or asking us to guide you), and for keeping your account details accurate.

3. Subscriptions & payment

Plans are billed monthly or annually in your local currency (GBP, EUR or CAD) via our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record and handles applicable VAT/GST. Setup fees are one-time. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. What we can and can't promise

We work hard to improve your deliverability and block impersonation, but email delivery is ultimately controlled by third-party mailbox providers. We cannot guarantee inbox placement or that every fraudulent message will be stopped. The service is provided on a commercially reasonable "as is" basis, and moving to stricter policies is done gradually and with your approval to avoid disrupting legitimate mail.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MailSurety to monitor domains you don't control, to break any law, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end the service for breach of these terms or non-payment, giving reasonable notice where we can. On termination we'll delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction], and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction.
